PHEW – alrighty, back to the comics scene! I really wanted to finish this one before midnight and it’s finally wrapped up just in time! Messing with animation in ToonBoom was really cool, but my trial has indeed expired, so I’ll have to decide whether or not to subscribe if I want to keep making any GIF loops in the future.
I kept ping-ponging between comic ideas because I wasn’t sure which ones I really liked, but in the end I went with the original comic I was making for that “Bathtub Veronica” bonus panel. Since this comic has a lovey-dovey theme, I had wanted to make the bathtub scene so you could have a little lovey-dovey peek at Veronica 💚 But no worries, I’ve still got a second idea for a bonus panel that I can use for this comic – you’ll just have to find out tomorrow what it is!
On a side note, Patreon made some kind of update that apparently affects who can comment(?). I don’t really understand what changed (it looks the same to me!), so I’m hoping it’s just some kind of backend stuff and you guys can still comment normally. EDIT – Ok, it looks like the only difference is that comments show as “Top” first instead of “Newest” first? At least it’s an easy switch!
Anyway, I hope you’ve all been well! We’re smack-dab in the middle of the week, but the weekend is fast approaching, so sweet relief is looming on the horizon. Hang in there (for the sake of boobies!) 🙂
